Winter in Falls.
Don't have to say much about skiing at falls that you don't already know, but, our accommodation is all ski in, ski out, right to the front door. For those that don't ski there is the Snow Coach tours to Mt McKay, need your camera for this. The Skidoo Tours, Snow Shoe walks & many more interesting things to do. Nightlife is still alive & kicking here as well. The hellicopter to Mt Hotham on a clear day is a photographers dream.
Guests of Falls Creek Apartments are also welcome for breakfast and dinner at Feathertop Lodge. This is a great option if you prefer to concentrate on fun rather than catering, or if you just like to treat yourself.
Summer in Falls.
Apart from the cool alpine climate & crisp fresh mountain air there are many interesting things to occupy yourself here. The fishing is probably some of the best in the country, there are many walks on the alpine plains with amazing wildflowers & scenery. Now that the road is sealed over the Bogong High Plains the circuit via Omeo, hotham, Bright, Mt Beauty & back to Falls, taking around 1/2 a day if you hurry, is a car & bike riders dream. You can also drive to the highest point accessible by a 2 wheel drive vehicle in Victoria, Mt Mckay.
We have a number of major events throughout summer, you will find links to these in the links page, they include the Falls Creek Triathalon, 3 Peaks Challenge, Audax Alpine Classic, the Mile High TennisTournament, Dragon Boat Championships, the Billy Cart Derby Weekend & not to forget the Easter Festival. . You will find it pretty hard to get bored in Falls over summer.

- Rates quoted for Alyeska 3 & Maisonettes 5 are for 7 days ( Sunday to Sunday ).
- Five day bookings ( Sunday to Thursday ) & Weekends (Friday & Saturday ) will be considered in Shoulder or Low Season but are dependant upon availability.
- All towels and linen included in the prices.
Booking Conditions & Deposits
We strongly recommend that guests have ambulance cover and take out travel insurance for their holiday to Falls Creek.
Deposit of 50% required within 7 days to confirm booking
Balance of 50% required 30 days prior arrival
Payment can be made using Direct Deposit.

Cancellations
Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival warrant a full refund less a 15% booking fee
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior, will receive no refund unless the apartment is completely rebooked. If the apartment is re-booked, a 15% booking/cancellation fee will apply.
